Either at the boat ramp or just walking across pelican Island is nice to spend some time. Seeing the difference in water level from week to week is a rewarding experience.

Very nice park. Lots of open space and grass was well maintained. Some very nice picnic spots and has access to the Missouri River.

I was excited to walk around this park as it had been recommended. Once I got there it became apparent there was no trail and only the road for cars and some areas to have picnics/hangout.
There’s mostly vast swaths of empty grass and some areas much further back that are overgrown.
