Beautiful park, quiet, clean, safe. I like that there are 3 different play areas for children of various ages and that there is a large covered picnic area. Walking/running paths are very well taken care of.

Nice space but lots of bugs. Gnat clouds seem to be bothering everybody who visits (late Sept, cloudy, 70s temp)
Stream all dried up.
Nice big walnut trees, a few trails and a small exercise area too.
Lots of walkers who come to hit the trails.
Would be a beautiful place to visit in winter / early spring though.

Wonderful open location! Just enough playground equipment to keep the 4 yr old occupied. Signs specify the grounds are to be used for ages 2-5. Pavilion with picnic tables here as well and next to the fitness station and trails.
