This is a very nice park. We attended a family reunion and it was so nice. My daughter is in a wheelchair, and I love the fact that there is a paved path all the way around the ball park
I’ve been coming here for 20 years now it’s sad to see the animals being unused :/ I used to ride on them when I was little.
Small park, set back from the road, safe for kids to run. Good walking/bicycle path around a baseball diamond. Nice play structures for school age kids. Two separated pavilions and some restrooms off to the side. Didnt take the hiking trails but the map shows 2 hiking paths aside from the paved walking path.
This is such a beautiful little park. It is well maintained. Clean bathrooms. Freshly painted. I enjoy getting my steps on the paved paths.
UPDATE: Nov 1st, very disappointing to see a gate across the entrance way of park. Understand bathroom water needs to be turned off. Why is the total park closed??!! Never heard of a public park closed. Changing to 4 star. I am sorry.
Me and my two dogs stopped here on a backroads trip roads trip to have a walk.
It’s a great place for a dog walk. We really enjoyed the disc golf trails. My bois were diligent in protecting me from the terror that is disc golf goal nets (or whatever they’re called) wow did they hate those things! lol
The park was clean and very pleasant. Thank you so much for keeping a lovely park we all can enjoy.
