One of our family’s favorite places to go! Beautiful walks on the beach not too crowded depending on the time of year. You also can drive your four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive on the beach. Parking can be limited depending on the time of the year. There is a bathroom nearby and outdoor showers to rinse off the sand. There is also a restaurant right there called sliders which you can walk over to and have a nice bite to eat and listen to a live band.

Beautiful place to watch the sunrise. Nice surprise bonus, there is a section of the beach you can drive right out on and park if you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle. Awesome place!!!!

Best time to enjoy the drive-on beach experience is just between 1300 & 1400 since the local lunchers return to work and the day is not yet at it’s peak heat.
The sand is warm but not scorching, gets a little breezy, therefore plan for lite items to be blown away, wall it, stake it, or secure it properly.
Life guards are on station and attentive, descent waves for surfing-beginners. Short distance to concrete parking lot and various restaurants in the area, 4 minutes walking distance.

It was a nice beach 🏝️ no shells but nice soft beautiful sand and the water is nice. There’s no trash on the beach. People are nice. The car situation is safe so there won’t be people getting ran over unlike other beaches. Great place!

Quick surprise visit to beach parking. Was really neat to just drive out the beach. Quiet at the time we went and found a few shells.
