We are moving into our Apartment on Saturday July 1, 2023 and I am writing this more about the experience we had with our Leasing Agent Celeste Jinks. Celeste was outstanding, showing us our available options while being courteous of our price range. She showed us several properties and made sure we felt comfortable with everything. She is a go getter, very quick and effective. She actually took us as walk-ins and I am glad it worked out for both parties.

UPDATE

After living in the Fairfield my experience was not as great as it started. We were charged 300 dollars for leaving our trash bin out to be picked up too early and with card board boxes not broken down. We had to contact them multiple times to remove it because it was an honest mistake (happened within the first month). We lived in the apartment for a year and the concierge never set up the room buzzer in the lobby (it said our apartment was vacant the entire time). As a result while we had someone waiting in our apartment because we were out of the country Verizon had no way to buzz into the apartment where we had family waiting. For how much we were paying feel it was very average – little to no amenities.

Fraudulent practices by managment. Moved to 672 fulton. Smoker building, every couple of weeks plumbing issues. They had me sign the lease by telling wrong parking spot (needed it for old parents) and after 4 months told me to park in the back of the building saying there’s no legal documented proof for assigned parking (although there’s all communication proof with leasing agent). I pay NULL plus electricity for 2 bedrooms. Please be careful

I’ve lived here for a few months now and besides the convenient location, I don’t have many positives about this place. Right off the bat, we had issues dealing with the leasing agent and then we moved in and the carpet was supposedly clean but it was sticky. I also want to mention that Fairfield touts how good they are at controlling the noise from upstairs if you live on the first floor. That’s funny, the woman upstairs walks and our entire apartment shakes from the impact. Since we moved in we’ve had to buy so many things to fix the issues we’re having here. Maintenance has had to come every single month since living here- light fixture was falling out of the ceiling, the heat didn’t work, the shower didn’t get hot enough, and now the latest thing and my last straw is we have a major ant infestation. We tried calling the emergency line and the leasing office and both phone numbers went to voicemail. Safe to say we won’t be renewing.

My two friends live there. I have been doing them from there for several yes.
It is a beautiful glamorous looking place w a large beautiful round fountain at the entrance, a a smaller cozy looking one further in.
The path leading in and out is very well constructed, w clean, classy looking community building and clean bathrooms . The grounds are maintained well.

Fairview Properties is one of the least responsive and least customer oriented organizations with whom i have dealt. First, it is nearly impossible to reach a live person. The level of follow-up is virtually non existent. Secondly, they are absolutely rigid with respect accommodating customer needs. Their employees are expert in operating the “No Desk” where all requests are categorically denied. Their employees are not empowered to exercise simple judgement and make decisions. Their contracts are completely one-sided beyond industry norms and they use their leverage whenever possible. If you can do business with another property management firm, you should.
