Came home to mice in my 2nd floor apartment and have no idea how. Can not wait for my lease to end

maintenance is awful, really insulting. this place costs way too much to be treated like this. straight up denying service for vast majority of things i requested. condition upon move in was awful. I’d be embarrassed to operate this location

Neighborhood is ridden with crime. Extremely unsafe. I was assaulted within the same month I moved here. The place itself is all right as the maintenance staff and concierge are extremely kind and helpful. However, one of the reasons I moved here was because it’s so dog friendly, and there were supposed to be poop bags available 24 seven, I haven’t seen them restocked once and I’ve been here since January.

Not able to post the video that shows 4 separate mice caught and killed within 12 hours. There is absolutely NO urgency to handle this whatsoever. Maintenance is a joke. Concierge is a joke. Do not move here unless you want your appliances infested with mice and get told “don’t have many updates or resolutions for you at the moment.”

Moved in with my husband and feel like this place is super underrated. Our apartment is all new and the washer/dryer was not working when we moved in and they ordered us a brand new set within 2 weeks. They are working on the hallways now and updating them (which was needed). We love being so close to the train and Main Street. The only sketchy part of this neighborhood (as a female if alone) is the gas station on the corner but besides that I’ve had no issues. Everyone is really nice and having our dog with us is a plus. The courtyard is nice & my dog loves it. The dog bags haven’t been replaced but I have my own anyways. We absolutely love our apartment and maintenance is also great!
