Like a lot of buildings, there were some early growing pains (elevators and package rooms, plus noise/security concerns you’ll see in older reviews). The big difference is that these have been addressed. Elevators are reliable, package handling is much better, and security presence/policies feel noticeably improved.
Shoutout to maintenance, especially Kevin, for consistently fast, professional work. Requests get handled quickly and with care. The resident app isn’t the most intuitive, but the team’s responsiveness more than makes up for that.
