Nelson Russ Park

Nelson Russ Park is a small, welcoming neighborhood park ideal for families and dog owners. It features three children’s play areas including swings, a climbing net, and a zipline. The park has exercise equipment, a walking path, picnic tables under a gazebo, and is dog-friendly with many visitors walking dogs on leashes. It offers wheelchair accessible entrances and parking, but has no permanent restrooms, only a port-a-potty. While there are no grilling facilities or basketball courts anymore, it remains a well-maintained spot to relax, play, and exercise.
