We absolutely love Marcia!
My 7-year old German shepherd suffered an injury and was continuing to decline physically. I was devastated that my once active dog that could accompany me on horseback rides and hikes could hardly make it around the block without lameness issues. After trying a number of avenues to get her back to being that active dog to no avail, I gave Marcia’s fitness program a try. I am ecstatic to report that after about 4 to 5 months with Marcia, my dog is back to taking horseback rides and hikes with me! No lameness issues at all! I highly recommend Marcia to anyone that needs a dog back to tiptop shape.
I’ve known Marcia since I was in middle school in the dog 4H program. She was the dog leader for I believe 2 decades. I was excited when learned she opened Dog Works. I love the puppy classes, obedience, rally, fitness, and agility classes. Something for every dog to enjoy!

Marcia is such a gift to Fairplay. She truly has a special connection and way to motivate dogs. My mom’s dog is quite large, fairly old, and is a bit stubborn. But she has been taking classes with Marcia for more than a year and has not only improved her health and stability in her joints and legs, but really looks forward to working with Marcia every class. Marcia also makes really fun community events for people and their dogs to join. I can’t recommend her classes enough!
