Monticello Dog Park is a veteran-owned, wheelchair accessible dog park with separate fenced areas for small and large dogs. The large dog area is spacious and can hold many dogs, whereas the small dog area is cozier for smaller breeds. The park features seating, multiple trash bins with provided poop bags, and water fountains for dogs, although it’s advisable to bring your own water at times. It has ample parking and offers shade added recently to enhance comfort. The park is clean, well-maintained, and a great social spot for dogs and their owners alike.

Basic gravel pit park for pups. Holds 32 dogs, but also has a separate pen for smaller dogs in case you’re not into big/small socialization. Water is turned off until spring, so bring your own h20. No interior features like south run park, no shade in summer, benches to sit on perimeter. Lots of parking and kiddie park right next to it.

This dog park is fantastic! It’s very spacious and fully gated, providing a safe environment for the dogs. I love that they have separate areas for small dogs and big dogs. There’s even a water fountain for the dogs with a bowl. Lots of parking spaces as well. It’s a great place for dogs to run around and have fun!

Not the most glamorous dog park by any means, but it’s very well maintained, a good amount of space, has water & has some shade. My dog had a blast and we will definitely be back on a cooler day!

Monticello Dog Park is a solid spot for dog owners in the area. The park features two separate areas: one for large and any-sized dogs, and another for small dogs. The small dog area isn’t very big but works well for smaller breeds, while the large dog area is spacious and ideal for active pups. There are plenty of trash cans and provided bags for cleaning up, which most owners do a good job with, though you might see the occasional leftover tennis ball in the small dog area.

The park is relatively clean—I’d rate it a 7/10—with some areas for improvement. Water bowls are available, but they can be a bit unsanitary at times, so bringing your own water is a good idea. Seating is available for owners, which is a nice touch. Overall, it’s a convenient and enjoyable place to bring my dog, and I’d recommend it to others!
