A hidden little gem of a park with nice walking trails. Just be careful of tripping hazards like roots and rocks. The trails are not paved.

Fairfax Villa Park is a gem sandwiched between quiet residential neighborhoods and bustling business centers with big stores like Walmart and Lidl. The path is well maintained suitable for hiking, jogging, biking and dog walking. The greenery and fresh air are well appreciated during the stressful pandemic lockdown.

What a gem! Nice trails through nice woods in the middle of suburbia. Discover hills, creeks, and the Mother of All Root Balls all in one hike. Geocaching brought us here multiple times and we’ll be coming back just to enjoy the beauty.

Excellent park to go for a short walk. Several creek crossings that are easy to get around. Saw a black squirrel. Numerous fallen trees across the trail. Easy to get in a couple of miles.

Beautiful little wooded park for a suburban hike – all natural dirt trails, up and down hills, crossing several streams, zig zagging around, but nothing is marked so be sure to bring a cell for the GPS abilities to track back to your car! Parking is limited at the end of Belden St, or along the side of the road on Park Drive.
