If you’re searching for a dog park in Everett, Massachusetts, Park L is a welcoming spot for both local residents and visitors. Located along the picturesque Northern Strand Community Trail, this pet-friendly park offers a clean, well-maintained open grassy area where dogs can enjoy off-leash play and socialization. The park is accessible, has a welcoming community feel, and even boasts treated turf to help keep ticks at bay.
Park L features a safe off-leash area, shaded spots along the edges, ample turf for outdoor fun, and nearby paved trails perfect for walking or cycling with your dog. There’s a small fenced section available if you need to separate dogs. While there isn’t a permanent water source, a seasonal community tap may be available, and owners are encouraged to bring their own water and bowls. The area is designed to be family-friendly, wheelchair accessible, and away from vehicle traffic, making it safer for pets and families alike.
Great community spot for dog owners! Love that they treat the grass for ticks too.
I’ll give two starts because someone was nice enough to think of a dog park, but there’s no place to sit, no water source, no bowls (obviously it doesn’t need to be supplied, but it would be nice it there was a water fountain at least). Plate stating that dogs needed to be on leash inside the dog restricted area… (dumb)
Here from out of town to help out daughter and son in law with their dogs. Accidentally found this park. It is terrific for a well behaved pup who can be off leash.open space for ball retrieving and general social play. Owner can get circuit walk in while dog enjoys her freedom. Shade around one edge, plenty of open middle.
Beautiful park with well maintained trails. Great for running, walking, and biking. Ample turf for other outdoor activities. There’s also a designated dog play area.
Amazing off leash dog park , big open green grass and space dedicated for your dogs.
Bring your own water, there is a community tap but open only in summer.
Well maintained and people are also mostly well behaved.
Good for walking too inside the park with your dog off leash or outside in the trails.
The road by the park allows only bikes not other vehicles making it safer for your dogs.
There is also a small fenced area within the park if you want to separate the dogs.
