I wish it was a bit bigger and had some calisthenics, pull up bar, sit ups etc stations.
Hidden Gem! What a pleasant surprise to have such a beautiful park to enjoy. Fun play sets for all age children. Covered picnic area. Great paved walking path and cute bridge. Wonderful place to relax!
I love this park! I take my son here all the time. Just a heads up to the town…. There are a few boards along the bridge (at the beginning, street side) that need to be replaced pretty badly. Its fenced in which I love, with multiple options of playground equipment for all ages.
UPDATE: The boards have been replaced.
Well maintained park and plenty of room to toss a ball with your kids, playground equipment, and a nice walking path around the park.
Now they have added a walk-along reading path, a wonderful idea, you read and do activities while you walk. My kids really enjoy, also has the same thing at the Holly hill park, just in case y’all are interested. Pictures are from the Holly hill park, but it’s the same concept.
Cute little park. It’s fenced, which is great, and there’s lots of space for the kids to play. There’s also plenty of shaded seating for parents. The only downside was having to park on the street, but its not a busy road so it’s not a big deal
