They built some mtb trails here for the Enduro races. They did such a good job. Hope it stays maintained. Trails are a lot of fun and you could spend a day riding them.

It is a challenge to get to this park because Boland Farm that is next to it put up a big NO TRESPASSING sign at the bridge. We actually turned away, but we saw a County Parks worker in one of the other Jeffco parks and he said to ignore the sign because the County owns the land over the bridge.

Once we arrived, we found there is no parking lot. There is a little sort of loop in the road near the sign that says park access. We weren’t sure if we were supposed to park there or drive all the way to the gate that’s a short way along the trail.

There is quite a bit of climbing, natural paths, and lots of woods. After about a half mile the path becomes just grassy. We didn’t want to take a chance on ticks so we turned back and left.
