I love the park ,I just wish they still had swings for the kids.
Omg, this is my favorite walking park. It’s very beautiful with a large walking area. There’s different trails in the park, there’s a little bridge which crosses you over to the other walking area. The scenery is awesome, there’s a pond with ducks and/or geeses which adds to the atmosphere of the park. There’s ample parking.

Pros: Great little walking park, asphalt walking surface, concrete sitting benches, lots of ducks!, popular area.
Cons: Watch for uneven surfaces and no full restroom but they do have a port-a-potty. Would have given 5 stars but some of the surface areas are really rough, besides that great little area!

Update: I’m not happy that Eunice is not only a bad place to walk your dogs since there’s a lot of roaming dogs. What’s worse is about the only place that would be good is the Walking Park but dogs aren’t allowed. I don’t see the problem if your dogs on a leash. People need a safe place to walk their dogs!!!
The park is a great place to get in some exercise or you can have a picnic or maybe even try to land the big one at the fishing pond . Recent renovations include new sidewalks throughout the park, replaced the old bridge with a new and better one and added a few exercise machines in a new workout area to warm up before you take that walk or jog around the shaded park. Enjoy it and let’s all do our part by disposing all trash in the new litter baskets throughout the park 🙂
