Well Mary Blair Park it’s got a special place in my heart it’s ready to go all the time fishing with my kids. We never came home skunked you know what that means got a nice baseball field there plenty of area to go picnicking or just walking down the trails next to the water is all sorts of trails there’s all sorts of exceptional rocks here it’s really not a great place for swimming. But if you like to go outdoors it’s a great place to check it out you don’t have to worry about no one kicking you out.

This is an amazing hidden gem. Quiet small old mill area that you can walk and explore around. Fish at the river. Swim. Or just sit and take in the view and sounds. The history is interesting as well. Just take what you brought, people are starting to litter there even more. Broken beer bottles. Trash etc. People always ruin a good thing.

Mary Folsom Blair Park was a nice change of pace. While here on business, we ventured out to explore this Historic landmark. I must say it was refreshing and quite relaxing after our exhausting work week. The Lamprey River was my favorite of it all. The Park is dedicated to the Children of Epping so get out there and explore!

I visited last week with my daughter and I found it relaxing. About less than twenty people there. Kayakers where there. Perfect for launching small kayaks and canoes. Small trail by the river. River is deeper thanks to the recent rains we have had. Ball field only had a dad with his sons hitting the baseball around. Since schools are shut down, games are not going to be played. My daughter and I had fun tossing a few stones into the stream. We didn’t explore all of the park.
For quiet short excursion, small boats and playing baseball, for a small group, I recommend a visit, especially with the stream having more water flow.
