Great walking park! There is plenty of parking. On the map, the circle is designed for cars to park on the shoulder. There are a couple of paths that you can take.
The path that continues straight from the road is the quickest path towards the Rockingham Recreational Trail. You quickly come up to a clearing where there are power lines. You want to veer slightly to the left for the quickest path to the rail trail (see photo). The wide path that continues straight eventually turns further into the conservation area.
There are lots of little winding paths in between the wider flatter paths. My son and I explored a few of these and just had some fun twisting and turning.
We were walking around for over an hour and there is still a lot to explore.
My one gripe is that signage is almost non-existent. I do wish there were some signs pointing to the rail trail.

This place has recently (July 2021) had most of it’s mountain bike trails cleaned up and ready to ride. Very twisty but fun and good workout. Lots of trail crammed into such a small area. Nice!
