We recently moved into The Meadows and couldn’t be happier with our apartment. The office staff were very pleasant to deal with and maintenance was quick to respond on minor repairs needed. Maria & Johanny were there to assist and answer any questions when applying and during our move in period. We are so happy we chose this community and look forward to making this our home for many years to come.

We recently moved into The Meadows and couldn’t be happier with our apartment. The office staff were very pleasant to deal with and maintenance was quick to respond on minor repairs needed. We’ve lived here for several years but frankly the last 2 years or so you can tell a change in how things are being run. Not for the better either. Maria does not properly address issues or concerns. She will often go days without responding back to you as if she has to research the proper answer. We’ve had issues with bugs with all the wet weather over the summer with no options given to us. Also heard another resident had a mouse issue and was told the exterminator will be out when he’s scheduled. Making it seem as though she does not have a proper keep up with them. We’ve also noticed an increase of trash around the complex on morning walks which is sad to see as the land around is very beautiful. When we try approaching Maria about issues you can tell she does not like confrontation and gives you an answer you want to hear with no change. With the amount of money people spend on rent we deserve better.

Maintenance came in to check out our dryer and said you need a new dryer and the following day we had a new dryer. Both gentlemen worked together installing our new dryer and we thank them for their kindness.

I lived here 2 years ago and loved it. So happy that I’m back! The Leasing office manager Maria is great! And so are the maintenance guys. If you need something done they are quick to do it!
