St. Peter’s is a nineteenth century Victorian style village located in Chester County, Pennsylvania near the French Creek falls, Warwick Township, situated in the Hopewell Big Woods.
There are paths to hike, boulders to climb and waterfalls to enjoy. There is an artisan Bakery Cafe that makes every item on site with no preservatives. ( pastries ,cookies, ice cream, homemade breads and meals etc…)
Gaslight Studio with glassblowing, woodworking, and antiques.
The Snug features 4 different kinds of ciders and 2 Pennsylvania beers.
The Inn which has seven beautiful guestrooms with private bathrooms. Rates include a Continental breakfast and pastry from the Bakery. Also, candlelight dining as well as two full decks.
There is an Arcade and several other small shops to hunt for treasures.
We really enjoyed visiting this little village and am sure you will too!

The town was very simple, even cute. Village Arcade super cool if I was reviewing it alone ***** Stars. The trail(s) are very rocky, unfortunately all the maps were gone. At 1 point I fell, my wife & kid left me for dead… Insult to injury, upon arriving home I found a tick attached to me & am undergoing preventative treatment for Lyme Disease. 🦠 😢 Be sure to check yourself!!!

Honestly, one of my favorite parks. After you cross the bridge if you take a left, the trail follows the creek. I’ve already been here a few times this summer and will continue to come back. I love rock scrambling on a hot dry day down to the swimming hole Where you can get in the water very easily. I would not recommend trying to climb the rocks if they are wet. They become very slick. There is no cell service in the entire area. Just be warned.

A lovely and unique hiking trail on the edge of French Creek. A great place to soak in nature, relax next to a babbling stream, read a book or take a dip. Be warned that this is a trail for those that are fairly nimble, with very rocky terrain to negotiate, but for those that are able, it’s well worth the visit.

Amazing. Many beautiful views and different trail options. I do have to say we did get 2 ticks on us. Even in the open, one started crawling up my shoe so be aware when bringing animals. This place is very fun and gives a good work out. On top of the one mountain, there’s a giant open space perfect for a picnic, with a beautiful overlook. Also has a picnic table for people who don’t like to lay on the grass. Peaceful for a place to relax and read a book.
