My dad and I wanted to test the waters of having an offroading adventure and needless to say we had a BLAST. It is extremely fun and educational too.
The Offroading Esentials class is what suited us most, and we really put our new to us, 2008 Lexus GX470 to the test. We started out with a short and sweet drivers meeting, which then progressed to simple maneuvers we practiced on a small course right next to the building before we hit the trails.
They then showed us important driving techniques, talked about how and when to use appropriate 4WD and AWD drive modes and when to use 4WD LO, etc.
My dad and I were absolutely blown away with how fun this adventure was, and how incredibly helpful the staff is.
10/10, cant wait for another adventure with NORA.

My class at NORA was one of the best experiences of my life. Alex and Scott were awesome instructors. This is a 5 Star operation. I felt safe the whole time even though I was way out of my element. I can’t wait to go back. I recommend NORA to anyone looking to learn about off-roading. The instruction was way way more than I expected. The class was fun, exciting and full of knowledge. My wife and I took the 4 wheel low course this past week. We couldn’t have been more pleased! Sam gave us a private lesson and increased our knowledge and confidence exponentially. We feel well versed enough to go off on our own now. Both Scott and Sam were wonderful to deal with. They spent lots of time to make sure we were comfortable with things I never would have tried. I highly recommend taking a course here. In fact I’m sure we’ll be back to take our adventures even further.
