I love this park. Well 2 parks talls and smalls. Its kept very clean and neat and lots of shade. Even without our dogs we love to walk or drive by as its cute watching the dogs.
Great open space for dogs to run, although some people don’t watch their dogs. We had a dog go after our dog after she got stepped on and yelped he tried to bite her, owners did nothing and just watched even when it was jumping on my mom after picking up our dog. Just make sure to watch your dog.
we started bringing our husky here since it’s the closest dog park to us. it’s nice, pretty big and usually has some pretty nice people there. however, without fail every single time, someone brings their tiny dogs into the large dog area. this has caused us to leave a few times because it’s easier to leave than deal with drama from another dog owner getting mad about large breed dogs playing too rough with their tiny dog. how about you go to the small dog park instead?
i wish there was a way to enforce the weight limit. however, i wouldn’t complain if they made the large breed park like 40 or 45 – 100 pounds instead of 30. keep the small/medium park for small and medium size dogs and the large park for the actual large dogs…
if this wasn’t an issue, i’d give this place 5 stars.
Nice park with 2 fenced-in areas. One for small to medium dogs and the other for large dogs. The dogs have ample amount of room to run and play and stay safe.
We go several times a week and we LOVE IT! Beautiful clean walking paths around the lake and through wooded areas. The play areas are so big. And lots of shade. I’m so grateful to have the park. For myself and for my dogs.
