I’ve only been to one other dog park, it was in San Francisco, many years ago. This one is better maintained and cleaner. There is no dog poop anywhere. That’s a vast improvement.
It isn’t a bad place to bring your dog/s. It doesn’t look very well maintained but they do have obstacles for your dog to go through and it is a good wide open space. They also have a water fountain for you and your dog.
I was dog sitting for some friends while on vacation and decided to give the dog park a try. The park was clean, had a dog friendly water fountain as well as one for humans, had different activities for the dogs to play on, and plenty of space for the dogs to run. Definitely check it out if you’ve never been!
It was muddy due to recent rain and snow. It was smaller than what we envisioned from the pictures. Good for ElDorado to have a dog park. Nice to have a change of scenery from our regular dog parks in Wichita, but not worth it to drive to for us. Looks like it is kept up though.
Good size yard for your 4 legged friend! There is only 1 fenced area, so big and little dogs will be in the same area. It was well maintained and the grass is kept short (mowed) with good shade trees.
