I found this dog park to be decent but lacking. Traveling through the state we visit dog parks everytime we stop. I’ve been to at least 6 parks so far and this is the 1st without water for the dogs. They run, they play, they get hot, no water.!?! The last park I was at even had a little kiddie pool for the dogs to cool off in. The trees here are too clumped together. The dogs go in there and do their business and the owners either can’t find it or don’t bother to pick it up, so the park has an “odor”. I’m camping not far from Egg Harbour but I’ll drive to Sister Bay or Bailey’s Harbor for the better dog park experience for my pup.

Big space for dog to run off leash. Even has little trails to walk & some seating. Your dog will get dirty & maybe eat it down the hill.

Dec 2023 – Nicest park I’ve been to. HUGE public parking lot, easy flat walk to large/small dog areas. (Perhaps mark the left side for small dogs, right side for large?) BEST feature is the sheltered benches for dog parents! Nice to take advantage of in chillier, windy weather!! I will be suggesting sheltered benches for a new park being built near our home.

The dog park seems to be no longer in service. The fence has been removed and shelters have been removed. My pup’s disappointment was immeasurable and his day was ruined.Update July 2023: Harbor Hounds is back and better than ever! This dog park is exactly what my dog wants. Hills to run up and down and wooded areas to run though.

Very nice dog park. Really liked that the park was sectioned off for small dogs and had a large dog section too. We carried in our own pop bags, but there were bags at the park too. It was well fenced in and clean. They provided benches for those who wanted to sit. Overall, this was a very nice dog park and a great place for our dogs to socialize with other dogs.
