We went 8pm because just got dog. Did want a lot of dogs there because we didn’t know how she would be. Only 1 other dog. She walked the hole park and enjoyed it.

The park is cover with small rocks and not grass and no separation between big and small but it gets four stars cuz it has awesome view of Manhattan over the river.

This is a fantastic park with a great view of Manhattan.
Park in the Whole Foods parking lot and walk over. Be sure not to stay there any longer than an hour since they check peoples cars and they do tow.
I just wish that they had a hose for the dogs year round
