Martin Creek Dog Park

Martin Creek Dog Park is a spacious off-leash area converted from an old baseball field, located just south of Edgerton. It features a fenced area where dogs can run freely, though there are a few spots under the fence that may allow escapes. The park offers poop bags and trash cans for cleanup, is wheelchair accessible, and is known for being quiet and somewhat secluded. Nearby amenities include paved trails, shade trees, benches, and playgrounds, making it a pleasant place for both dogs and their owners to unwind. While there is no water fountain or facilities, parking is available, and the park is well-maintained and peaceful.

The “dog park” is just a baseball field that has been fenced in, but it does the job. Around it though is very nice. Paved trails, shade trees, benches, lake, shelters, playgrounds. Peaceful and clean. Nice place to unwind. On the other side of the road is some kind of other trail system, for bikes I think, haven’t been there yet.

It’s a park. Has an old softball diamond as an off leash area. Has waste bags, but be sure to bring your own water as there are no facilities available here. It is a large area and the dogs have plenty of space to run. Property is well maintained and constantly updated. Right off the highway but still quiet. Soon will have a nice wilderness park across the street.

Just south of Edgerton on 199th, the city converted an old baseball field into a dog park. Let your dogs run. There are a few places where a dog can escape under the fence, but hopefully the city will fix these with some large rock. Quarry right across the road. Pick up your dogs poop! Bags and trash can provided.

Great place to let your dog run around. My husky enjoyed running laps around. It was quiet and a bit secluded.

From across the country and jobs in logistics brings us to the area for 93 days.. always looking for a fun park to bring my rescue pittie,Nova. If you see us in my white campervan from South Dakota say “hi”. Just a couple souls fills with wanderlust in awe of Kansas underrated beauty!
