Bay Park Dog Park
Bay Park Dog Park in East Rockaway is a beloved and well-maintained dog park separated into areas for small and large dogs. Nice dog park with two sides. One side for small dogs and one side for big dogs. There are plenty of dog bowls to fill with water. There is also a hose. Sometimes people will bring a doggie pool and my dog loves it! The dog parents are usually really nice and friendly. Also, they always have poop bags available.
Really enjoy going to this park. Love that it’s separated for big and small dogs. The East Rockaway Channel makes for a nice backdrop. Wish it had a few more benches to sit comfortably but you can always bring your own chair. they have water bowls and a hose to keep your dog hydrated or to help clean up any messes. If you forget your poop bags they have those too. The people are always friendly and my dog and I have made some nice friends there.
Very nice park. It is right by the water for a calming view. They had poop bags and water bowls. The big dogs are separated from the little ones. Very clean.
Bay Park is a little Oasis in Rockaway NY.
On a nice day you can walk along a Pier and snap pics of the lake and boats.
It’s a small “park” (I didn’t get a park feel) but there is also a playground equipped with one full basketball court.
They host children’s Summer Camps.
I didn’t visit the dog park (phobia) but Beau-ti-ful views all around.

We love Bay Park! My dog goes insane when we enter the area in the car. The people are usually amazing and the dogs are great too! It’s a good place to bring dogs so they can run top speed! They absolutely love it. They always have extra poop bags in case you forgot.. and there’s always water bowls and a hose. Best Dog park in my opinion!
