Has water on all sides so it can get windy by the water. Very nice playground just watch out for the large swirly slides it can hurt your angle.
Usually a nice place to hang out except for when people are flying drones or RF cars as these are rather noisy. You can fish, picnic, watch boats go by or just enjoy people watching. Dogs are allowed. There’s also a designated enclosed dog park and sports fields. Rest rooms are available. Bring plenty of bug spray.
Sunsets are a treat there given the right conditions.
I love this park, so many fun and nostalgic memories here. During Covid-19, this has been our go-to for scenic walks and take out lunch spots. Lovely local gem, and our angel ❤’s it too!
Very nice and quiet and tables available in picnic areas , water sprinklers, picnic areas , small beach , fishing stations .. bathrooms are clean , full of activities also a place for boats (if you have a small boat and pull with your car)
Clean and safe park with plenty of parking, fishing in the bay is available. Boat launch with trailer parking. Bathrooms are usable but not the prettiest. No vending machines in this section. Not much shade either so be prepared with sunblock or a tent/umbrella.
