Located in the heart of East Ridge, Tennessee, East Ridge Dog Park offers pet owners a welcoming and safe environment to let their dogs socialize and play. The park features separate areas for small and large dogs, benches shaded by mature trees, and convenient waste stations with complimentary poop bags. Regular visitors appreciate the friendly atmosphere and dog-loving community, making it easy for you and your pup to make new friends.
This dog park in East Ridge includes accessible parking, a wheelchair-friendly entrance, and proximity to restrooms available in the nearby library, providing comfort for all visitors. Water stations for dogs are available (though they may be turned off in cold months, so bringing your own is a good idea). With a playground and open spaces nearby, the park is great not just for pets but for the whole family.
A great, safe location. People are very nice . Normally, it’s pretty much the same dogs and owners. Which helps because everyone gets to know each other. Bathrooms in the library, playground and town hall . Must bring water in the winter. Water is turned off.
Grass was overgrown on the small dog side. I did appreciate the water stations for dogs. The trees could use some trimming as they are growing in front of the benches. Lots of shade provided but several muddy spots. We will likely return on occasion.
This is a wonderful place to which taking your dog is a pleasure. There are two sides-one smaller, one larger. Having different animal friendly exercise equipments is a bonus. And to help with keeping the area clean, there are plastic poop bags for you to use after your dog does his business. Thankfully there are benches upon which to sit. The park looks well maintained. The fountain is now operational for your dogs. But you might consider taking some just in case.
Lots of potential, but the big dog area is probably 50 percent dirt (aka mud when has rained) and there is more poop in the dog park than any other I’ve seen. I’ve traveled from Florida to Seattle to Wisconsin and more and seen a ton of parks.
Great dog park. Lots of caring people who want to keep the park clean and safe. 100% suggest you bring your pup if you are someone looking for a park that has people who care enough to help to hold pet owners accountable.
