Great service! Will go back again soon. NULL for a DIY dog bath. They provide towels and shampoo and conditioner.
I brought my own nail clippers, toothbrush and hair brush. Next time I’ll bring my own shampoo as I prefer it.
Much easier and faster than the home tub! Doggo is ready for company this weekend!
Would have given 5 stars if they had storage shelves for the towels and my handbag and had warm air instead of cold for the blow dry.
honestly extremely surprised and disappointed over the state of the animal section. especially the ferret cage, just solid and liquid waste literally everywhere with food sprawled around. Extremely dangerous and unhygienic to both the Ferret and customers. Also ferrets are meant to be paired creatures keeping just one in the state that it was in is UNDOUBTEDLY ABUSIVE. you NEED to take BETTER care of your animals.
This place was like Wonka Factory for pets! Not only was it so well stocked, but the grooming session my new Shihtzu puppy had with Taylor was spectacular! She was so kind, caring, and very patient with a new first timer puppy and Miley left looking like a beauty!! I will definitely be back and thank you!! 🥰🐶
I’m really glad I decided to stop by here when I did which was pretty random. This is the perfect pet store, I typically view it as if chewy had a brick and mortar location. The staff was extremely helpful and even walk me through some of the differences amongst the difference in the foods. Everything was well laid out and affordably priced and they were pretty much any options you would need for any run-of-the-mill pet. I easily stop by once every couple of weeks just to grab a couple things because I have been really spoil my dog and she’s been happy with everything I brought her home from this location. Easy recommendation and suggestion from you for anyone looking for a general pet supplies.
