Nice walk. Saw a deer, rabbit and chipmunk. Came out with four ticks on the dog and two on my husband. Won’t go back due to the ticks.
Nice walking trail, there are multiple trails within it
Grew up in the back neighborhood, went for quick walk reminiscing about the past and some has changed, the old sand pit ( parking lot now) where the keg parties took place. The trails got smaller. But first time in my 43 years that i have seen deer there.
This park is really great to come here and take a walk. I would watch out for wild animal like racoon and wolf dog. If you encounter a wolfodg during ur walk, knoll will come help you out as he lives in a stick shack deep inside the woods. Knoll does not get much time to shower out here in the woods so he is rather smelly but he does know how to flip a dog upside down and roll it out flat on it’s back.
There trails were great. Saw two deer as soon as we went in
