I left my well behaved adorable 8 year old dog at the grooming section for three hours he’s visited before for over more then 9 times he’s always gotten the service done no problem. This time they asked if he’s an anxious or nervous dog I said it depends it’s more when he gets his nails cut. I asked for the same person who’s done his grooming before who was their Ashley. He knows her the only one who was there the rest he didn’t know. My point is the workers seemed like they didn’t wanna do their job just said when I got a call around 5:40p.m I got there they said oh he’s was too nervous. I know my dog once I got their he was chill. No service was given once I picked him up.

Asked for 12 dozen crickets large crickets to be exact. I’m no rocket scientist but the math doesn’t math out. This look like 144 crickets to you? I even said it at the desk and the said yes that is 12 dozen crickets. Will have to find a different place for my monitors food. Side note I counter them out and it was 38 crickets so I was charged for 12 dozen or 144 crickets and only given not even 3.5 dozen crickets. Scam out the ass

DO NOT BOARD YOUR PET HERE.
This was hands down the worst, most stressful experience for my family and our dog. Our dog has glaucoma and we were sworn up and down she would be well cared for and that we would receive pictures of her daily. Given the seriousness of her disease, we detailed step by step instructions for her medication to the larger woman at the front desk who swore to us that she took down everything.
5 days went by, no pictures. We thought that was extremely strange given all of the promises made so we called and asked if we could see her.
Two more days went by without any update so we called again and were also assured by the girl on the phone that our dog was perfectly fine and doing great.
Hours later we receive a picture of our dog and her eye is bright, foggy blue (something that only happens if she hasn’t received her medication for DAYS. MULTIPLE DAYS.)
Obviously extremely upset we called, only to be met with excuse after excuse by the manager Donna, who not only refused any form of accountability for risking our dogs eye sight due to complete negligence, but insisted she was getting her medication. An outright lie she told in some feeble attempt to save face. It was painfully clear why we were not being sent pictures of our dog. What isn’t clear is why they took one look at her eye and did not, at the very least, call us to ask what to do. We got nothing but excuses.
We know our dog. We know how to take care of her and were promised up and down by these people she would be safe only for them to completely neglect her special needs. I’ve attached a picture of how our dog looks every day and the picture they sent us so you can see for yourself what their neglect caused.
If you care for your animal at all, you’ll board them with a respectable business that won’t lie through their teeth just to take your money and neglect your dog.

Go somewhere else for grooming. Had an early morning appt but the groomer was an hour late so had to wait in the store until they opened up. Then, multiple times the quality of the groom was not good for the cost. Also not impressed with the groomers and how they handled the dogs. Do yourselves a favor and go to a different local place that is the same cost but much better quality and experience for the dog.

Grooming hours on the website and posted on all their doors say they’re open until 7pm! I got there at 6:05 only to be ignored and talked in front of by 3 employees complaining about needing to leave and clean up to get out of there. When they finally acknowledged me, of course they say, No we can’t take you. We’re getting cleaned up now. All I wanted was my tiny dogs nails trimmed. It would’ve been no longer than 10 minutes. They need to change the hours that are posted everywhere so they can allot for cleaning time if that’s truly protocol. It’s totally unfair to the customer and completely unprofessional if they only did that for self serving purposes to leave early. Not good business practice anywhere ever. You said no to a sale, more money, and a possible future customer! I WON’T be coming back
