We have been fostering for them for a year. We’ve had 32 puppies and they’ve all been great. PLR is always available to answer our questions, get us more food or help provide necessary supplies for our fosters!

What a great experience working with this rescue! I fell in love with a dog they posted and applied. Their turn around time was very fast compared to other rescues I’ve dealt with. We set up a meet and greet with my two dogs and it went well. Bonnie (now Maggie) came home with us that night. I will rescue from them again should the opportunity arise. Love my girl❤️ Great organization!

Adopted a sweet angel girl from them. She was a little shy at first but you could tell the foster family gave her so much love. The adoption application was easy and not at all outlandish like some other rescues. I received a prompt follow up and was able to meet & greet the pup I applied for that day! All of the volunteers are cool people who really want all of their dogs to go to good homes. The experience working with them was fun and they let us take as much time as we needed for the pups to play and to make sure it was a good fit

It was my first time helping here, but from what I have heard, they are a shelter that really cares for the dogs and wishes the best for them. I don’t like that the dogs are crated for the night for 12 hours, but during the day they supposedly get outside a lot to run around with the other dogs. The caretakers look out for the dogs and the people who volunteer to help. But what I like best is that they really try to sell the dogs to a good family and have a quick turnaround with getting many of them to new families. From what I have heard, other shelters would not give the dogs as much free time, so it’s nice to see they are cared for despite their situation. If they were in other shelters, the dogs may not have as good of an experience. The dogs are also VERY friendly for the most part.

I got my puppy here this past Sunday. Super excited to be a new pup mom. They were very nice, had a a lot of babies that still need homes. My pup came with a month of pet insurance, he already had the shots needed for his age, is well mannered (doesn’t really bark) and already knows how to listen to basic commands like sit. The lady at the front desk was super helpful as well. (I just have pics of my puppy, not of the place sorry) they are at the petco nearby on Fridays and Saturdays.
