Chain across entrance to parking lot. Sections that were pretty, and some that were… Not. Enough litter in places to be an eyesore. Boardwalk was in bad shape in one direction, with holes and missing rails. Neighbors obviously use it to dump their yard waste (lawn clippings and leaves).
