Very comfortable place to see a show
Clean inside building, cool and calm, for a hot day. The park next to it was clean, up kept, felt safe and the kido had fun. Looked liked a great place to bring the fam and sit around the art and play my ukulele, on nice days.😎
Located within the center is Circle Of Life/Arts for All which is the current home of the West Coast Swing Group taught by Angelique Early on Tuesday nights. Dancers of all levels attend.
I usually go here on both Tuesdays and Thursdays for West Coast Swing dancing when I am in the area. The Thursday lessons are lightly attended so it is often a private lesson with a favorite dance partner. Unlike a lot of group classes, this instructor demands that you do your basics correctly. Not everyone appreciates this but I view it as a unique opportunity. For NULL I often get a private lesson with an intermediate partner that compares favorably with a private lesson in Boston for which I would pay NULL. And I don’t have to drive 2 hours each way to Boston!
We had our new hire lunch here. It was delicious and you get a lot of food for what you pay. I personally could not pronounce half the menu items so I just pointed at what I wanted and the waiter was very pleasant and accommodating.
