I want to sincerely thank Kimberly and Gabby at the Valley View Apartments for being so kind to show me the units on multiple occasions. Although I ultimately decided not to move there because the time was not right, I absolutely loved the place, for me it felt like home. As I told the gals, I will be there when the time is right. The apartment was stunning and it was priced right with the specials they offered. For me it checked every box and my heart is broken but not forever as I will live there sooner rather than later. Thank you again ladies for your time and friendship. Valley View is lucky to have you both on their team! Don’t forget me. 🙂 Did I forget to mention the spectacular views!!!!!!!!

From the very beginning of our apartment search, our experience with Valley View Park Apartments has been nothing short of excellent. When we first toured the complex, we were lucky to meet Amelia. She was down-to-earth, honest, and incredibly helpful—her straightforward and friendly approach was a huge part of why we chose Valley View in the first place.

Since moving in, Kimberly, the property manager, has continued to exceed our expectations. She is calm, patient, approachable, and always professional. She is always a friendly face in the office, and will stop what she is doing to come and say hello! No matter what question or concern we’ve had, Kimberly has handled it quickly and effectively—and if she didn’t have an immediate answer, she always followed up. Her responsiveness and care truly make a difference in our day-to-day experience.

We’ve also appreciated the extra thought and effort that Valley View puts into creating a true sense of community. It genuinely feels like home here.

Lastly, we want to recognize Paul and John from the maintenance team. They’ve been incredible—helpful, knowledgeable, and always kind. Whether it was a quick fix or just answering our many questions while settling in, they’ve been there every step of the way.

Valley View Park Apartments is a wonderful place to live. Kim and her team (Admin and Maintenance) are always responsive and attentive, taking care of everything I need.

I recommend this amazing complex

I must admit that our interaction with Kimberly, the property manager at Valley Views, was absolutely fantastic. She was exceptional in every manner. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the property and addressed all of our inquiries. Without any problems, she gave us a tour of the property. She made the whole procedure comfortable and easy. It was great that she was able to respond to any inquiries via email promptly. She made a difficult, time-sensitive scenario appear simple by just guiding us through the entire procedure.

East Hanover is a great location, the amenities are awesome with a beautiful clubhouse and amazing staff! There is a dog park, garden plots, heated swimming pool, banquet room, gym and more.
