Negatives: breakfast was mediocre compared to other budget Hilton properties including Homewood. The processed eggs were inedible, and no yogurt except a yoghurt machine that was broken after 1 day. Rooms had no amenities and reception had to be asked for water which is complimentary for HH members. Carpet had an odor.

1. For this price and room type, room service and hospitality are very poor.
2. Breakfast quality is average.
3. Daily room cleaning does not happen. It is done on alternate days, and after a few days, they forget to clean your room, so you need to follow up.
4. The receptionist’s behavior is not appropriate.
5. Basic items like water bottles and other essentials are not available in the room.

We experienced a significant issue with our air conditioner. The unit was malfunctioning and produced a very loud clacking, similar to a diesel truck engine idling. This kept us up most of the night. Also, in the middle of the night it began to produce an electrical burning smell. It became so strong, I ended up have to open the door to the hallway.
I explained all this to the front desk when checking out. They seemed totally unconcerned with the impact it had on our stay. They made a quick comment that they’ll have someone look at it. No discount, promos, no nothing.
Aside from all that, the rooms look nice.
Oh, and the bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t latch.

Great Stay Overall — Just a Few Fixes Needed
We stayed 7 nights over July 4th weekend and really enjoyed it. The rooms were spacious, clean, and perfect for a family of four. Loved the warm welcome, free water, and apples at reception!
Breakfast had decent options (waffles, oatmeal, rotating proteins), but items ran out often and weren’t restocked quickly. One staff member seemed uninterested, though the front desk helped when we asked.
The hotel is close to a waterpark and about an hour from NYC. Parking is fine, but we noticed lots of people walking through the lot from the nearby shopping center, which might be a safety concern.
Overall, a clean, comfortable stay—just needs a few service and safety tweaks.

be careful before booking here, we had to come for a softball tournament and my room was infested with bugs. If I could upload the video I would! I walked up front to the staff immediately and once they checked out the room for themselves the girl started trying to kill the bugs. I told her, I didn’t care what she tried to do however I was not staying or paying NULL (2 nights) for a hotel infested with bugs. I demanded for a new room and one couldn’t be provided. She then told me she couldn’t call a manger because they are not present all hours of the night and it had to wait until tomorrow morning, she then told me she had no place in the hotel for me to go to and she couldn’t pay for me to stay at another hotel because the manger wasn’t on site and wasn’t sure if they would comp my room after me turning in my keys and refusing to stay there. I had to stay with another softball family on the couch. Both me and my daughter did not get any rest and the next morning was given a run around of when management comes in, Patrick who was the manger was useless and could take a course in business management or educate himself in the better in The Better Business Bureau and actions that can be taken against. The hotel is dirty, the lobby was not cleaned the whole stay we were there. The house keepers cleaned the room and left the trash (food tray) in the hallways for HOURS which I pointed out to Patrick who kept trying to hush me so other people couldn’t hear about the bug issues. They also have a policy for dogs under 75lbs however this dog who clearly was over 100 and aggressive was there and almost attacked a 9 year old and small dog in the lobby and nothing was said or done. When checking out, I was told my room wasn’t going to be Comp and only someone with the last name Thompson was after being told I would be causing me to call my bank and see if I can file a dispute. save yourself from the bugs and headache and stress, DO NOT BOOK.
