I’ve only seen this from the road because it is about 15-20 feet off the road. Blink and you’ve missed it. Maybe there’s some flora there to enjoy?? Otherwise, can’t see the point of it or the attraction. Traffic going by, so not even peaceful to sit on the ONE bench. Nowhere to walk to, maybe in a circle?
