Swings are too low. All playgrounds have gotten rid of the old school style swings. They all have these stupid low swings. Lame. And yes I know it’s the wretched insurance companies and liabilities that have propagated this tyranny over our fun.

But this is a nice park overall. Spacious, shady, the great oak tree in the middle is gigantic and really cool.

That is one huge oak! The kids loved hiding behind it, then running back to the well maintained playground and swings. Plenty of benches for parents to sit on, nice walking paths, a Free Little Library, and good parking. A pleasant butterfly garden/path is a 2 mintue walk away also.

Cute little park with play area designed for most kids. It’s right next to Ryders Ln which makes it very accessible, but slightly noisy at the same time.
