If you’re searching for a friendly, open-air dog park in Dundas, MN, Dundas Dog Park is a must-visit spot for both locals and visitors. This pet-friendly destination features a long, well-maintained grassy run that provides plenty of space for dogs to exercise and socialize. Unlike typical square layouts, this park’s unique linear shape (approximately 1/4 mile long) is perfect for high-energy dogs and owners who enjoy throwing a ball or frisbee. With shade from a large tree, designated waste stations, and water access for your furry friend, amenities are geared toward convenience and comfort.
Dundas Dog Park is also wheelchair accessible—with accessible parking and entrance—making it welcoming for everyone. The onsite parking lot is convenient, though it may fill up during peak times, and the nearby East River trail offers additional pet-friendly walking opportunities. Visitors appreciate the people-friendly atmosphere, green grass, and thoughtful extras like a porta potty for owner comfort. If you’re seeking an inviting, well-loved space for off-leash play in Dundas, this park is a top pick!
I love this dog park! Lots of dogs always there, lots of room for our dog to run, people friendly and talk and tgey have water stations and “poop” bags there! Highly recommend.
Great park with shade!
Finally made it over to the relocated dog park. The parking lot is nice, though it should have been planned to be bigger since there’s access to the East River trail too. Each time we’ve been there there’s overflowed parking on the grass areas. It’s really nice to have a porta potty accessible too.
Plenty of space for the dogs to run. Very friendly and parents. Nice change to have green grass.
A long narrow dog run. Maybe Only 75 feet wide but approx. 1/4 mile long. Only one huge tree. Okay for throwing chuck it. Better than those fenced-in boring squares. Decent grass.
