General Squier Memorial Park is a spacious and family-friendly park featuring accessible facilities including playgrounds, picnic tables, barbecue grills, restrooms, and hiking paths. It has a water play area with slides and a shallow swimming area suitable for children, making it a popular spot for families. The park is wheelchair accessible and allows dogs. Visitors have noted the paved paths, clean environment, and ample space for various outdoor activities such as volleyball and soccer. Some amenities, like the water play structures and seating, could use updating, but overall it is a well-loved local gem for recreation and relaxation.

Very nice and clean place the water park is awesome the changing rooms could use some handles to pull the door open and the landing pool for the slides scrapes your back up because of the concrete at the bottom.
The place could use some Wi-Fi because of the very poor cellular coverage in the area but I’m not holding that against them

The park was nice, my only issue was we paid extra for the slides and the lifeguard decided to shut them down the whole time we were there. Will not be returning.

Spent a couple hours here today and its a
Great little spot to cool off and let the kids have some water time.
The slides Are big – if you use the slides the cost of a a wristband is NULL for the kiddos (NULL no slide) I paid NULL for my ticket without waterslide.
They’re about a dozen or so picnic tables around the pool area it’s mostly cement so bring chairs just in case, the bathrooms are clean, lockers are available.
There’s also a park area with a little play scape but that’s outside of the fenced pool area.
The only thing that I was not a fan of was the walk from the parking lot, its not short. The pool area is not huge, and its shallow enough for little ones to have fun- go check them out! Its a
Hidden gem… PS They sell ice cream 💎🫡

Great little hidden neighborhood gem!

Waterpark needs some updating. The lava rocks by the picnic table make no sense as we have to step on them with bare feet to get to and from. There are other tables. Seating is limited. The structures could use some repainting but overall the place seems clean.

The slides look rough, we skipped them and had a blast still. Water is shallow enough for my elementary aged kids to safely swim and not have to worry. The floating log is fun, but again, has rips and chunks out and needs an upgrade.

Waterpark is NULL with slides, NULL without. For two kids 1 adult I paid NULL. CASH ONLY BE PREPARED!!!!

There are bathrooms and changing rooms inside the water park area and a very spacious playground outside with more bathrooms, picnic tables, and a nice playground. So much space to run around, play soccer, volleyball, etc. great spot for family photos as well with all the trees!!

The walk from the parking lot to the playground and waterpark is not long like everyone says. A 2 min walk maybe. Bring a wagon for the playground but you gotta carry your things for the waterpark (no wagons)

It’s a spacious park so yes there is walking involved but the paths are all paved (besides parking lot itself)

Lifeguards on duty are young teens, they do not do the head bop that lifeguards are required to do to keep track of people swimming, leading me to believe they aren’t actually lifeguards and just staff members to keep an eye on things. Be ware of this before letting your child swim without careful supervision.

Overall we would visit again!

The park was fun and safe for little kids and very safe I like how there is a playground right there and also a part where you could play volleyball over it’s a fun place to bring your kids if you want them to enjoy the water and somewhere to cool off 👍
