Decent park but soccer fields are crap. Lots of bumps make it difficult to judge where the ball will go. Bathrooms are really nice, 6 individual unisex bathrooms to choose from. Filtered water fountain available.

Great park with lots of stuff for the kids to do. Large open areas for playing ball, and large variety of playground equipment. Park was also very clean and not very crowded.

The soccer fields and basketball courts are well maintained, there is a small walking/hiking trail behind the playground, and kids love the playground. This park is also next to a road with nice sidewalks for children bike riding or walking.

This park is currently the best park in the southern end of the county, and may be the best park in all of Calvert. It has a great playground for all age groups and my kids always have a blast playing there. But the fields right now are absolutely incredible. The grass on the main soccer fields is like carpet or something you’d see at a golf course. Currently, the only better field is the football field at cove point which is immaculate.

The best part about this park is that almost no one goes there and we usually have the playground to ourselves. There’s also tons of parking and four clean bathrooms at the center of the park. We love this park!

This is a really lovely spot for playing, meeting, picnicking, and relaxing!

The hiking trail loop behind the playground is nice for a quick walk. It’s well-marked for kids to find their own way while they explore nature.

They have soccer/softball fields, a basketball hoop, volleyball courts, and a large parking lot with space away from vehicles to skate or ride bikes.

The fenced playground has a section for older kids and a section for younger kids. The merry-go-round makes parents a little nervous, but the kids love it. The swings are a bit of a challenging height for little kids, but doable with help from parents.

The large, covered picnic area is a big draw. It is great for our homeschool community to get together for meetings, lunch, and play.
