As a phila kid, I can’t gush about Dover City Park. But I can say that it’s a clean, great environment for kids to play, and the locals are friendly and welcoming.
Great family place. Playgrounds, ball fields, multiple restrooms, pond. Great area to walk. Clean and well kept.
