Ray Holbrook Park is a popular destination for families and dog owners in Dickinson, Texas. Conveniently located at 3000 Owens Dr, this park offers wheelchair-accessible entrances and parking, making it easy for everyone to enjoy its spacious outdoor amenities. With picnic tables, public restrooms, and open areas for play, Ray Holbrook Park is a great spot to bring your furry friends for some fun and relaxation.
The park is known for its friendly and welcoming atmosphere. There is plenty of space for walking your dog on pet-friendly trails, and the park is also good for children with nearby playground facilities. While there are some reports that the fencing could use repairs and lighting is limited—meaning it may not be ideal for late-night visits—Ray Holbrook Park remains a favorite local spot for enjoying the outdoors with your pets. Parking is available next to the softball fields, though the grass can get tall at times.
The park is nice but I didn’t see any lights for night games and some of the fencing needs to be repaired.
Such a nice app I love it. Their customer service is second to none, “I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service
The county really needs to get off their backside and get this park up to date. We have waited for years for lighting to allow play into the evening but every other park in the county has lights first. Wow, no care & concern for the community from Galveston County Parks dept.
Nice little park,to take pictures or just to chill enjoy the smell of roses, across from it there is a park for kids
Great park but the grass is always super high around the fields, where you have to walk to park. Which is in a field next to the softball fields. And the concession stand line takes forever.
