Plenty of space for children to run and play but there is nothing out there except a couple of swings and a slide.

This park is very large and has a nice playground and large basketball courts. It was severely overgrown and in need of help.

With a little TLC the basketball courts could be funtional and with mowing the playground could be used. The Mower Gang will probably return again this year and try to keep this park in service.

I bring my dogs here all the time. There are technically 3 visibly defined areas.
1 is the playground / soccer & football field zone.
2 is by the school and it is as close to a wild area as it gets shy of going to rouge park. Plenty of trees, open space, and SPIKY WEEDS!
3 is next to the playground zone separated by a rock/boulder border. Open grass, several nice trees, bordered on 3 sides by streets. That last point means great picnics, gatherings, bounce house clearance. Also, unlike Rouge Park, stores are only a block away.
Please, come and enjoy, it’s very calming.

Side note – the only benches are at the playgtound.
