FAQ for Rescue Squad Park in Denver North Carolina:
Dog park is small with no shade. Water doesn’t always work. Playground is ok, kids enjoy it. You can walk around the soccer field with various “work out” stations which is kinda cool. Overall, not a bad park just smallish.
We visited for the first time the other day and were pleasantly shocked at how nice the park was and how much it and to offer. There is a turf soccer field as well as a regular one. A dog park, covered picnic area, playground, and walking trail. There was even a disc golf course, it looked slightly over grown but people were playing it. Great place for kids, adults, and dogs.
It was a nice park, playground for kids, walking track for you and your dog. Fields for Soccer and other sports. There were pavilions. We only were there once but while there it seemed safe. There are also restrooms.
Nothing but one pavilion, and a fee kids toys. The disc Golf course which looks completely abandoned and overgrown is unplayable. The park has not maintained at all. I won’t be going back.
Loving taking my son to this park, so much to do for the little ones and a nice trail for me to walk and at the same time watch the soccer teams practicing
