If I could give this place zero stars I’d start there. I called in advance for an appointment for 3:00pm to view a 4 bedroom apartment. Mind you I live two hours from this location (in the process of relocating). I arrived at the complex at 2:58pm. The sign on the door says CLOSED, the clock is set to 3:30pm. Red flag number 1 because why was my appointment set for 3:00pm but no one will be back in office until 3:30pm. As me and my mom were sitting in the parking lot, a white car pulls up and the lady just sits in her car. Multiple cars pull up, pull off and come back. So everyone is just in their vehicles waiting until 3:30. Wellllll low and behold the lady that pulled up in the white car gets out at 3:28pm and unlocks the door. You’ve been sitting here the entire time with all of these people waiting. She was not on her phone or anything so that’s another thing but hey okay I get it, take your full break. I get out of the car and go in, she’s on the phone atp so I gave her a minute. When she gets off of the phone she asks what I need. I said “I had an appointment at 3:00pm to view a 4 bedroom”. She said that apartment has already been leased. I had to laugh a little because WHAT. I said what do you mean she proceeds to say “She came here this morning and said she leased it”. I said so I couldn’t get a phone call saying that ? I drove two hours for nothing. She said “You could have called”. Why would I have to call when I was given an appointment ? She also said that she was the only one in the office. That is not my problem. She was not apologetic AT ALL. No I’m sorry for the miscommunication, inconvenience NOTHING. I was told they’ve been through manager after manager, maintenance crew after maintenance crew so it seems like a big unorganized mess to me…..

I have a daughter in a wheelchair, and the lift has never been kept charged (that’s why we never go out there). Hopefully the new people can actually fix the gates, and maybe even put cameras up since there have been times things have gone missing from doorsteps and vehicles.

It has given me great pleasure to live in The Reserve in Juban Lakes for a year. Because of the tight gates and excellent lighting, it has really been a safe sanctuary for me. I am aware that the entire distance from my automobile to my front door is safe for me to go when I arrive home from work late. I seldom actually hear my neighbors, which is important to me because I’m a private person, so it appears that the building where I live has thick walls. I’ve never had to worry about not finding a parking space close to my condo because The Reserve At Juban Lakes provides plenty of parking.For the past year, I have had the pleasure of residing at The Reserve At Juban Lakes.
