I am becoming a resident at Parc but I want to give a review on the leasing agent Devine that has been helping me! She has been so helpful, accommodating and has really made this whole process so much easier and not so impersonal for me. I deal in customer service for my job and it is so nice to have people who are kind and don’t rush you through such a big step! So far my experience has been a 10/10!

I will give the new maintenance a 5/5 they are extremely hard working and a very friendly crew. Pauly, Ridell, and Clark did an emergency repair for me today and did not give up until the problem was resolved. Overall the property is not a bad place to live, it has its own hiccups just as any apartment complex’s may have and repairs do have to be made. I do feel as if the property Is improving as of lately.

Don’t move here unless you want them to steal from you . When me and my fiance first moved in we paid a deposit and was told that we will receive it back once we leave . Once we left we made sure that we clean our apartment thoroughly and also checked for damages which there wasn’t any! … we end up moving out a few days prior to our lease end date. And we called several times for one week straight to check on our deposit . they kept telling us that the property manager wasn’t in so they don’t know. But once she gets back in , she will call us .WHICH SHE NEVER DID . Something told me check the apartment app . And they charged us with a lot of unnecessary fabricated fee’s . So I called them and the property manager answered and she tried to over talk me with a very condescending TONE! And hung up on me…. So I will be reporting them to the better business bureau!!!! BUT MORAL OF THE STORY DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED OUT OF YOUR MONEY.
P.S. we have everything documented

If you can afford to live somewhere else – DONT COME HERE.
The amount of issues you’ll have in every possible area of living here is not worth it. There’s ALWAYS something.
From the get go, there was miscommunication and misinformation. The apartment we moved into is not the apartment we applied to, and they didn’t tell us it lacked any storage until we moved in.
Communicating with the office staff is always an issue because 1.) no one is on the same page, or 2.) they start the conversation with an attitude. And as someone whose worked in food service for most of my life, I try VERY hard to be pleasant yo customer service staff, and I’m also very non-confrontational, so I don’t mind saying that any time attitude has been caught towards me on the phone, it was unnecessary and not deserved. I get that everyone has bad days, but if it’s an expected thing for every interaction? That’s crazy. They’re also extremely dismissive of concerns about maintenance requests or problems, and it usually takes 5+ calls and weeks of harassment to get them to do anything.
We’re on the bottom floor, and no matter how many treatments we give our apartment or pets, ants, roaches, and fleas are constantly coming in under the door. We pay 5$ for pest control every week, and I’m beginning to think it’s another bullshit fee that lines the landlords pockets. Also, expect to spend half the year sharing your apartment with fruit flies that come from the drains – which are apparently resistant to any trap you could possibly set up.
From Thursday-Monday, expect the dumpster to be overflowing with trash constantly piling up to block the entrance to the dumpster itself. The pile will mostly likely border blocking your way out of the gate.
You WILL have mold in your bathroom vents (which probably won’t work btw), and mold on the ceilings above the vents because of ventilation issues. If you ask it to be treated, they paint over it, but the visible spots and mold are still there.
The time it takes maintenance requests to be even investigated is unacceptable, and they’ve marked “complete” on several requests without even entering our apartment. And when the maintenance people are in your apartment btw, they’re messy, inconsiderate of your belongings, and usually catch an attitude as well if you ask for an estimated time for them to come back (seeing as most issues require 2-3 visits). We’re constantly told differing information, such as maintenance telling us to our faces they’ll replace lightbulbs or air filters (which also has an option on the service requests btw), but then being called by office staff saying we have to do it ourselves, as if everyone has a ladder that can reach the height needed. We’ve had multiple accounts of the maintenance guys tracking in muddy footprints, making a mess and not cleaning it up before leaving, or banging our furniture while moving shit.
The ducks are cute, but they block the roads, cover the sidewalks with shit (making every area outside smell like a petting zoo), and are usually hit by cars, so there’s a 5/10 chance you’ll get to start your day off crying from duck corpses lining the parking lot and their duck friends mourning them. Such a great thing to see on the way out.
They completely disregard your needs or schedule, but once they have an out-of-the-blue inspection, they 1.) don’t tell you an estimated date until the day before, 2.) don’t give you a timeframe, and 3.) expect you to be at their beck and call or they’ll slap a fine on you. Same thing with maintenance requests. It’s crazy. I’ve never heard of an apartment complex that refuses to give notice for when someone enters your living space.
And for an apartment that has a sign that says “we love pets” by the road, it’s wild that they’ll charge 600$ per pet, plus monthly rent.
The conditions of living here, and treatment from staff, remind me of the things my patients have to deal with at group homes, which is crazy with how much money rent costs.
Like I said – avoid this place if you can.
