Very impressed! My baby girl was overdue for a grooming and couldn’t get in soon enough with original groomer. Off the Chain came highly recommended so I called to see if I could get my girl in. Fortunately, they had an availability for my anxious girl for what they call a “straight through”, which means they take her back for her bath and grooming upon arrival and I got to wait for her. From my initial phone call to my experience today, I am very happy! Everyone is very kind and they took great care of my baby. The shop is very clean. Thank you for great service!

I’ve been coming here for the last 2 going on 3 years and it’s the best experience that my girls have had. I’ve brought 2 of my 3 miniature schnauzers here and my newest one gets to go in a few weeks. The environment is so welcoming, I’ve built so many connections with all of the amazing team there! My girls get excited when we park because they know exactly where they are. I would recommend Off the Chain and this amazing team to anyone wanting to pamper their fur-babies and bring them to people who truly care for them. They comforted me when my first baby got called over the rainbow bridge and that in itself shows the kind-hearted, amazing, caring people they have there. Hands down the only place my girls will go!

True experts- we asked to keep our dog’s hair as long as possible, and they called us during our dog’s appointment to let us know that it is best to cut it down to 1 inch. Never have I experienced this type of customer service when it comes to Grooming. We have a 45 pound Golden Doodle with hard to reach hair in ears, and sanitary places. They were able to do everything for him. Our pup is so happy! The blueberry scrub was a nice treat for my baby. His fur looks so shiny, and he smells absolutely amazing. I cannot say enough things! I will absolutely be returning to Off the Chain for all of my baby’s luxury services 💖🐶✂️

I’ve been bringing my mini poodle here for over a year. Roux loves going to the groomer and is never hesitant or scared. Tina and all the girls love on him and make us feel like family. He always comes out looking and smelling great. They have a customer for life!
