We were one of the first families in the back and we love it. Ignore the one star reviews, it looks like a spammer! I don’t know what the lady is talking about concerning yards, etc. We have a very active HOA that enforces the rules and I am grateful for it. It keeps the neighborhood beautiful. We have the best ponds with lots of wildlife. The baby ducklings are the best!!

We moved to Louisiana in 2015 from New England. Having lived in a rural setting with few close neighbors we weren’t quite sure what to expect in a subdivision with HOA rules. We specifically chose to build in this town and subdivision because of the parish public school ratings and close shopping and proximity to Baton Rouge. We love it here and we love our neighbors! Our HOA has recently gained new board members and really cares about making the neighborhood beautiful and safe.

We specifically chose to build in this town and subdivision because of the parish public school ratings and close shopping and proximity to Baton Rouge. We love it here and we love our neighbors! I absolutely love our neighborhood!!! Safe place for my kids to play and grow up. Always have great neighbor looking out for one another. We came from an awful neighborhood and this one makes us so happy that we chose Lakes st North Park!!!

As a military family we are not from around here, and we’ve lived quite a few places and this neighborhood is definitely a favorite. Everyone I’ve come in contact with has been polite and friendly. You always see children playing out front or riding bikes. As far as our home goes, I wish I could take it with us whenever we have to transfer. I love the layout and all of the features. It definitely feels like home and we’ll miss it.
