Shoutout to our new maintenance manager, Pablo! He and Abraham came by just a couple of hours after I submitted my ticket. They were friendly, thorough, and even took care of a few extra things while here. Really appreciate their help, and great addition to the team.

We’ve been living here from several months and since day one, we’ve had several issues in our apartment especially with the AC and water pressure in the bathroom. We submitted multiple maintenance requests, but the previous staff often ignored the problems and closed the tickets without actually fixing anything. We had to follow up many times, even for urgent issues, which was really frustrating. They used to come and explain that’s how it works, saying there was no way to fix it paying high rent and living without AC is not fair.
Thankfully, there’s a new team in the leasing office now, and they’ve made a huge difference. They are professional, responsive, and respectful. Pabloo, in particular, has been amazing. No matter the time, he always makes sure issues are resolved quickly and properly. We’re really grateful for the new team and pabloo support.

Absolutely Horrible Place to Live
The first few years here were fine, but the last couple of years before I moved out were a nightmare. The entire property went downhill and became extremely poorly maintained.
• Amenities: The pool had no chairs or umbrellas for at least a year. The playground was covered in mold and completely worn down. The “dog park” is laughably tiny—about the size of a closet—and always muddy, making it unusable. The gated entry we paid for? The gate almost never worked, and as a result, two of my friends had their car and motorcycle stolen.
• Management & Treatment of Residents: My father rightfully complained about these serious issues, since we have a dog and a toddler and couldn’t use the amenities we were paying high rent for. Instead of addressing the concerns, management responded with disrespect and hostility. It felt like they were targeting us personally—any little thing we did became a problem, while others around us got away with the same or worse.
• Unfair Enforcement: Our dog, who is extremely friendly, was off leash a handful of times. Yet we were constantly singled out and threatened, while countless other residents let their dogs roam free daily without ever facing warnings or fines. I even had a close friend whose dog roamed the pool, pond, and streets without a leash, and they never once had an issue with management. The selective enforcement was beyond frustrating.
Overall, this community is NOT worth it.

The maintenance manager Pablo came and fixed my sink. It was leaking really badly and we only noticed when it was leaking through the cabinet. We made the request and he came super fast and even went out to the Home Depot to get a part they didn’t have on-site. He worked super fast and was really friendly. It’s usually not that you get both fast, friendly and solid service. Thank you Pablo!
